Alexis Jade Jordan

This is my 13 year old cousin Alexis. I was not close to her, and only really ever saw her at our family reunions, but still horrible.  She was my Aunt Marlene and Uncle Joe's only grandchild and she was their whole world! Not to mention her parents! She took her own life on Wednesday. She hung herself.  Her Mother (my cousin Paula) found her hanging from the ceiling fan, and her Dad cut her down.  I cannot stop thinking about this! I feel awful! How such a young person see no other way out of their pain then to take their own life.  She left a message on Instagram that morning and said she prays that God forgives her of her sins and that people can forgive her. That God would be there to welcome her when she gets there.  HOW SAD! She did leave a note for her parents saying she's not proud of things she's been doing.  They had her to a counselor a few weeks ago because they saw she was cutting herself, but they said she was a normal teenager! REALLY!? Clearly she needed help, I only wished she'd have told someone what she was really thinking and feeling! She is my Cousin's y child, My Aunt and Uncle's only grandchild! Please pray for some peace for our family!
