Odds & ends...

Me doing some electrical!
David getting it done!
Put some of the fixtures in.
Getting some electricity in soon!
Go David!!
Started the heating/cooling. This is where it will blow up and out. I know I'm sure it's not that exciting to yall, but it is to us!! :)
Oh yeah! That's me using power tools!
Some of the plumbing.
Steps are in to the basement.
Hard to see, but they put the valley trusses up and felt papered.
Well, some things are still going on here, although not much change on the outside look of it. The electrical is coming along well. The plumbing has been started. The heating/cooling duct has been started. The steps to the basement are in. Just odds and ends have been done as of lately.
We ordered our kitchen appliances last Friday from a small place in Hughesville, Doug Spotts. We got Frigidaire stainless steel appliances. Stove, above the range microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. I am still a little leery about stainless steel, but David promises he will clean it!! So, other than that, not to much new here on the home front!! The video pretty much explains itself. I was drilling holes for the wires. It was so heavy and acward because it was by my face! But I got it! I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty, if I can help!!

While I was uploading this video I went to watch the 9/11 motercycle ride with my Mom, Jamie, Gram, Pap, Perry and Karen. I taped it on my camera but it's over 25 minutes long! It's a charity run in rememberance of September 11, 2001. It was cool! It ran around 1/2 hour long and nearly 1500+ motercycles!!! (Gram counted!) Very patriotic!! It's nice they do that!! My brother rode his motercycle in it! I didn't get any pictures since I was taping! But he was proud as all!!! GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
